We do not attach client names or identities to completed work. Files are handled privately and access is limited to what is necessary to complete your project.

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share limited data only with:

Trusted service providers, such as secure file transfer or email platforms, that help us operate, and only to the extent necessary. Authorities, only where required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and footage from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, but we take confidentiality seriously and handle sensitive material accordingly.

We keep project files and personal data only as long as needed to complete and support your project, and to meet any legal obligations. You may request deletion of your footage and personal data after your project is complete, and we will action this unless we are legally required to retain it.
